How is pricing calculated?+
Per active student, per month. Inactive students (withdrawn, graduated, on hold past 60 days) don't count. No charges for staff, faculty, or admin seats.
What does implementation cost?+
Implementation starts at $5,000 for a single campus and includes data migration, configuration, training, and a dedicated implementation manager.
Are there hidden modules or add-ons?+
No. Every feature on the platform is included in your tier — no surprise upcharges for reporting, SMS, or compliance.
What's your contract length?+
Annual contracts billed monthly or annually. Multi-year discounts available for groups.
Can I switch tiers later?+
Yes. Upgrade anytime; we pro-rate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
Do you support data migration from my old SIS?+
Yes, We've migrated from FAME, Smart, Genesis, RGM, American Software and other systems. Migration is part of the Prestige implementation process.
